Rates: All rates are subject to change. Rates are based on single/double occupancy and subject to an 7% Maine sales tax. Additional guests may be added to your reservation at a rate of $15/night, or $10/night if guests are children under 12. Cribs or cots are available for $10/night.

Payment Policy: Each reservation must be guaranteed with a deposit of one night’s stay, due at the time of reservation. Guarantees may be paid with Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Alternatively, we accept personal checks or money orders as long as the funds are received at least 14 days prior to your reservation date. Full payment is due upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy: The hotel must be notified of cancellations at least 8 days prior to arrival in order for guests to recover their deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of your reservation will lose their deposit. We do not offer refunds for bad weather or early departure.

Minimum Stays: Reservations are subject to minimum stay requirements during various times of the year. Seasonal minimum stay requirements are posted in the reservation system for your convenience.

Wheelchair Accessible: We offer a wheelchair-accessible unit with curb-side check-in. Please notify us of your special needs at the time of reservation.

Pets: We offer pet-friendly accommodations for an additional fee of $15/night per pet. Additionally, pet owners must sign a security deposit to cover potential damage to the room. We ask that all pet owners exercise respect for other guests by honoring our no-bark policy and cleaning up after their pets. To reserve a pet-friendly room, complete your online reservation, then send an email to info@footbridgemotel.com notifying the hotel of your pet-friendly reservation so that we can ensure you are placed in a pet-friendly room.

Parking: One complimentary parking space is available with each reservation. Unfortunately, due to limited space, additional guest and visitor vehicles are not permitted in our parking lot. Additionally, trailers, boats, and RV’s are not permitted.
